Yermal, the beach that time forgot.

Tatasth occupies a generous coastal plot at Yermal, a stretch of beach between Udupi and Kundapur that has stayed largely undeveloped. The plot is wide enough that the neighbours don't matter.

Five bedrooms across two floors, with the primary suite taking the full top floor and opening onto a private terrace that runs the width of the house. Below, a pool that seems to pour toward the horizon at high tide.

Yermal has no hotels. That is the point.
