Kopparige Hills

Kopparige Hills occupies a commanding ridge in the Sakleshpur valley, where the Western Ghats fold into a mosaic of coffee, pepper and silver oak.

The main house sits at the highest point of the land, looking west toward the Arabian Sea on clear winter mornings. The air smells like coffee blossom from September to November and woodsmoke in January.

This is a working estate first, a retreat second, a rare thing to own and a rarer thing to find.
